It was my second night of my freshman year at Loyola. The girls in the Hammerman dorm where looking for something fun to do on a random weekday night before school started. So about 20 girls decided to head OFF CAMPUS to our first major party.

Our adventure took us to Notre Dame Lane. We may have been a bit lost so we based our assessment of the party on loud music and people. We stopped by a place in the front of the complex first. We stayed a bit and then carried on to the Soccer or Rugby party (whatever). After some time, most of the girls either decided to debut their new ID's at the York Rd. bars or head to another party. My new friend, Taylor and I, decided to hang out and travel back to the dorms together.

At around 10pm (that was for my mom), Taylor and I left the party. The second we walked out the door, Taylor mentioned she needed to use the bathroom. I thought that was a bit funny since there was a fully functional bathroom at the party. Since Taylor was getting a bit persistant, I recommended knocking on a random door. So we knocked on 421 Notre Dame Lane. This was Pete's door.

While Taylor went about her business, Pete and I chatted about an upcoming party at his apartment. He thought it would be a good idea for the freshman girls to attend their off campus party. I gave him my number to the best of my memory (mind you it was my second day at Loyola).

Wouldn't you know it -he CALLED and I made sure I never missed one of his parties!
